18% of 172 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). Another 9% new construction.

19 Mount Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $228k - $1.5M. Median $359k, $176/sf. 5 over $500k. NO fc/ss.

25 island homes under contract last week. James Island -11, Folly Beach -2 ($665k, $1.8M), John's Island -1($595k), Edisto Beach - 2 ($145k, $389k), Seabrook Island -1 ($274k), Sullivan's Islad -1 ($1.5M), Wild Dunes-2 ($830k, $939k), Daniel Island -5 ($465k, $574k, $619k, $750k, $1.15M)
