242 single family homes under contract last week. Median list price $220k, $109/sf. 29 under $100k. 8 over $1M.
  15% of 242 single family homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

41 island family homes under contract. James Island -18, Folly Beach -3 ($460k, $565k, $599k), John's Island -5 ($46k, $218k, $240k, $450k, $559k),Seabrook Island -2 ($264k, $319k), Kiawah Island -1 ($609k), Edisto Beach-7 ($175k, $209k, $259k, $350k, $390k, $549k, $695k), Sullivan's Island -2 ($1.4M, $1.9M), Wild Dunes SC -1 ($1.05M), Daniel Island -2 ($499k, $525k)

42 Mt. Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $210k-$1.4M. Median $325k, $167/sf. 10 over $500k. 3 over $1M. 11 under $135/sf.  17% were either fc/ss.

18 James Island single family homes under contract were listed from $135k- $1.4M. Median $256k, $150/sf. 2 over $350k. Only 4 under $135/sf. 22% were either fc/ss.

27 West Ashley single family homes under contract were listed from $50k- $500k. Median $255k, $120/sf. 7 above $300k. 11% were either fc/ss.

12 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $15k- $180k. 7 below $100k. Median $96k, $58/sf.  25% were either fc/ss.

 

8 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list prices $99k, $160k, $299k, $335k, $369k, $375k, $554k, $3.5M

59 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract past week with list prices from $45k-$350k. Median $175k, $94/sf. 6 above $300k. 5 Legend Oaks Plantation.  12% were either fc/ss.

49 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $43k-$350k. Median $142k, $86/sf.  2 over $300k.  20% were either fc/ss.  

66 condo/townhomes under contract this past week. 22 were listed under $100k. 25 from $100k-$199k. 8 from $200k- $235k. 5 from $279k-$370k. 4 from $435k-$479k. 2 at $549k, $900k. 12 in Mt. Pleasant.24% were either fc/ss.
