254 single family homes under contract with a median list price $197k, $103/sf. 27 under $100k. 7 over $1M. Median 49 CDOM. Median Year Built 1992.
  20% of 254 single family homes under contract were either fc/ss. (foreclosures or short sales)  Another 7% were new construction.

36 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $130k- $2.6M. Median $339k, $159/sf. 7 over $500k. 1 under $200k. 3 under $135/sf. 15 under 2000sf.  14% were either fc/ss. 2 new construction.

7 Peninsula Charleston homes under contract with list prices $259k, $275k, $370k, $379k, $424k, $550k, $985k. 4 under contract in less than 22 days.

44 island single family homes under contract last week. James Island SC -18, Folly Beach Sc -3($739k, $875k, $1.35M), John's Island Sc -9, Seabrook Island -2 ($299k, $398k), Edisto Beach -2 ($265k, $469k), Sullivan's Island SC -3 ($750k, $1.35M, $3.4M), Isle of Palms SC -2 ($540k, $945k), Wild Dunes Sc -1 ($1.2M), Daniel Island Sc -4 ($385k, $519k, $550k, $565k)

18 James Island homes under contract were listed from $129k- $1.35M. Median $233k, $149/sf. 5 over $300k. Only 3 under $130/sf.  11% were either fc/ss.

9 Johns Island, Sc homes under contract last week were listed from $125k- $925k. Median $249k, $119/sf. 22% were either fc/ss. 2 new construction

32 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $128k- $850k. Median $211k, $120/sf. 6 above $300k. 1 above $500k. 25% were either fc/ss. 2 new construction. 3 Shadowmoss Plantation.

24 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $25k- $300k. 8 below $100k. 2 above $200k. Median $133k, $84/sf. 13% were either fc/ss. 5(21%) new construction.

59 Summerville/Ladson single family homes under contract were listed from $55k-$400k. Median $159k, $88/sf. 6 above $300k. 5 Wescott Plantation. 29% were either fc/ss. 2 new construction.

50 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $40k-$275k. Median $141k, $84/sf. 4 over $200k. 6 Crowfield Plantation. 22% were either fc/ss. 3 new construction.

65 condo/townhomes under contract! 14 were listed under $100k. 29 from $100k-$165k. 9 from $200k-$300k. 9 from $350k-$635k. 4 from $822-$1.1M. 19 Mount Pleasant, Sc  28% were either fc/ss.
