Miss Diana Shrimp Boat in Shem Creek 183 homes went under contract last week in the Charleston SC mls.  23 under $100k. 7 over $1M. Median 42 CDOM. 

 13% of 183 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales. (fc/ss)
