  • 176 residential properties under contract 11/22 - 11/28/13!

  • Homes for sale in mt pleasant sc135 Homes under contract last week in the Charleston SC MLS with a median list price $219k, $108/sf.

  •   12% of the 135 single family homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). Another 12% new construction.

  • 18 Mt Pleasant homes for sale went under contract last week with a list price from $219k - $1.5M. Median $380k, $198/sf.                     0 foreclosures or short sales!
  • 17  Island homes under contract last week. James- Island 9, Folly Beach -1 ($595k), John's Island -5 ($180k, $188k, $210k, $218k, $479k), Isle of Palms (IOP) - 1($1.8M), Daniel Island -1 ($649k)

  • 9 James Island homes under contract last week were listed  from $180k - $898k.  Median $279k, $150/sf.  2 were either fc/ss.

  • 12 West Ashley homes under contract last week were listed from $95k - $575k.  6 above $300k. Median $300k, $144/sf. Only One was either a fc/ss. 0 new construction.

  • 13 North Charleston SC  homes under contract last week were listed from $45k - $285k.  Median $160k, $96/sf. 1 was either a fc/ss.

  • 7 Peninsula Charleston single family homes under contract past wk. LIST prices $125k,$250k,$325k,$425k,$805k,$988k,$3.1M. 3 on Tradd St.

     37 Summerville/Ladson  homes went under contract last week with a list price from $55k - $489K.  Median $190k, $95/sf.  4 were either fc/ss.

  • 30 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes went under contract last week with a list price from $50k - $450k.  Median $141k, $81/sf.  6 were either fc/ss.

    39 condo/townhomes went under contract last week. 6 were listed under $100k. 24 from $100k - $195k. 3 from $255k - $305k. 4 from $437k - $526k. 2 at $625k, $729k. 8 in Mount Pleasant, SC .  15% were either fc/ss.
