James Island -18, Folly Beach SC -2 ($375k, $1.4M), John's Island SC -5($169k, $268k, $379k, $639k, $650k), Seabrook Island  -1 ($1.85M), Edisto Beach -6 ($349k, $394k, $399k, $425k, $425k, $980k), Sullivan's Island -1 ($1.3M), Isle of Palms -1 ($1.75M), Wild Dunes SC -3 ($1.1M, $1.3M, $1.7M), Daniel Island -3 ($549k, $1.1M, $1.3M)
