205 single family homes under contract last week with a median list price $215k, $109/sf.
  19% of 205 homes under contract  were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

37 Mt. Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $115k-$1.5M. 6 Park West, 6 Rivertowne Country Club. Median $350k, $168/sf. 14% were either fc/ss.

39 island single family homes under. James Island -17, Folly Beach -4 ($349k, $575k, $595k, $1.85M), John's Island -5 ($115k, $190k, $198k, $210k, $340k), Seabrook Island -1 ($385k), Kiawah Island -1 ($1.6M), Edisto Beach -4 ($190k, $239k, $249k, $399k), Sullivan's Island -1 ($990k), Isle of Palms -3 ($419k, $520k, $805k), Wild Dunes-1 ($1.75M), Daniel Island -2 ($400k, $519k)

17 James Island homes under contract were listed from $119k- $625k. Median $229k, $149/sf. 5 above $300k. 29% were either foreclosures.

21 West Ashley  homes under contract were listed from $75k- $530k. Median $219k, $109/sf. 6 above $300k. 19% were either fc/ss.

6 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $80k- $148k. 2 below $100k. 50% were either fc/ss.

6 Peninsula Charleston homes under contract last week with list prices $150k, $270k, $475k, $709k, $899k, $899k.

46 Summerville/Ladson single family homes under contract listed from $21k-$450k. Median $163k, $93/sf. 3 Wescott Plantation, 3 Summerville Place. 2 above $300k. 13% were either fc/ss.

45 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $69k-$250k. 5 Sangaree. Median $160k, $88/sf. 4 over $225k. 16% were either fc/ss.

44 condo/townhomes under contract last week. 10 listed under $100k. 23 from $100k-$200k. 8 from $225k-$320k. 2 from $400k-$450k. 1 at $985k. 9 Mt. Pleasant.
