Charleston SC Homes for Sale319 residential properties under contract 4/12 - 4/18/13!!

257 single family homes under contract last week with a median price $230k, $108/sf. 32 under $100k. 11 over $1M.
  18% of 257 single family homes under contract past wk were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). 

11 Peninsula Charleston single family homes under contract were listed from prices $53k, $55k, $80k, $120k, $170k, $180k, $335k, $385k, $750k, $895k, $1.2M. 18% ss.

45 Mt Pleasant single family homes under contract were listed from $229k- $1.6M. Median $429k,$171/sf. 18 over $500k. 7 over $800k. Only 3 under $135/sf 7% were either fc/ss.

48 island single family homes under contract. James Island SC -21, John's Island -8 ($105k, $280k, $315k, $430k, $465k, $520k, $749k, $758k), Kiawah Island -1($539k), Edisto Beach -2 ($199k, $379k), Sullivan's Island -4 ($1.3M, $1.65M, $1.9M, $2.3M), Isle of Palms -6 ($500k, $510k, $800k, $875k), Wild Dunes SC -1 ($550k), Daniel Island -5 ($435k, $616k, $626k, $790k, $1.65M)

30 West Ashley single family homes under contract were listed from $85k- $599k. Median $215k, $108/sf. 6 above $300k. 3 above $400k. 13% were either fc/ss.

14 North Charleston single family homes under contract were listed from $31k- $200k. 8 below $100k. Median $78k,$64/sf.  29% were either fc/ss.

67 Summerville/Ladson single family homes under contract were listed  from $50k-$575k. Median $175k, $91/sf. 7 above $300k. 22% were either fc/ss.

39 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner single family homes under contract were listed from $42k-$350k. Median $150k, $78/sf. 9 over $200k. 3 over $240k. 4 Crowfield Plantation, 4 Foxbank. 23% were either fc/ss.

56 condo/townhomes under contract past wk. 7 listed under $100k. 22 from $100k-$195k. 16 from $200k-$300k. 7 from $340k-$400k. 4 from $535k-$865k. 16 Mt. Pleasant.  21% were either foreclosures or short sales.
