195 single family homes under contract last week with a median price $259k, $129/sf.  15% of 195 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales. (fc/ss)  Another 19% new construction. 

35 Mt. Pleasant Sc homes under contract last week were listed from $299k - $1.6M. Median $523k, $202/sf.  0 fc/ss. 57% new construction.

9 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract last week were listed from $230k - $3.4M. Median $525k, $325/sf. 

27 island single family homes under contract past wk. James Island -14, Johns Island -2 ($530k, $535k), Kiawah-1, Edisto Island - 5, Sullivan's Island -1, Isle of Palms or IOP -2, Daniel Island -2.

14 James Island homes under contract last week were listed $196k - $950k. Median $378k, $188/sf. 1 fc/ss. 

21 West Ashley homes under contract last week were listed from $99k - $1.4M.  Median $235k, $132/sf. 2 fc/ss.

20 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $10k - $330k. Median $158k, $97/sf. 2 fc/ss. 0 new construction.

41 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $90k - $629k.  Median $195k, $101/sf.  2 fc/ss.

41 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $75k - $404k. Median $200k, $101/sf. 2 fc/ss. 29% new construction

32 condo/townhomes under contract last week. 2 LISTED under $100k. 8 were in Mount Pleasant and only 2 were either fc/ss. 22% new construction.
