149 homes under contract (contingent) last week with a median list price $250k, $126/sf. Median days on the market 50.

5% of 149 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).  9% new construction. 

21 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $339k - $1.1M.  Median $500k, $201/sf. 4 new construction.

3 Peninsula Charleston homes under contract with list prices $499k, $1.2M, $2.3M. 

24 island homes under contract last week. James Island -7, Folly Beach -2 ($275k,$850k), Johns Island -

5, Kiawah Island -2 ($695k, $2M), Edisto Beach- 2, Seabrook Island -1, Isle of Palms (IOP)-3, Wild Dunes -1, Daniel Island-1

7 James Island homes under contract last week were listed from $160k - $475k. Median $275k, $158/sf. 

19 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $145k - $1.1M. Median $280k, $151/sf. 

15 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $40k - $240k. Median $139k, $107/sf.

23 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $90k - $539k. Median $217k, $105/sf.

40 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $79k - $380k. Median $197k, $111/sf. 13% was new construction

35 condo/townhomes under contract last week and 9 were in Mt. Pleasant. Only 3 were either a fc/ss and 3 new construction.
