  • 118 single family homes under contract past wk. Median $193k, $101/sqft. 3 over $1M. 14 under $100k.
  • 38(32%) of 118 single family homes under contract past wk were either Bank owned, Foreclosures or Short Sales.
  • 17 island single family homes under contract past wk: James-6,Johns-2,Sulllivans-1,IOP-4,WildDunes-1,Daniel-2.
  • 6 James Island single family homes under contract past wk. List prices $115k,$125k,$130k,$225k,$550k,$681k. 1 over $147/sqft.
  • 2(33%) of 6 James Island single family homes under contract past wk were either  Bank owned, Foreclosures or Short Sales.
  • 4 Isle of Palms single family homes under contract past wk. LIST prices $425k, $475k, $749k, $3.8M. 1 over $230/sqft.
