6% of 247 single family homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales. (fc/ss) 11% was new construction. 

34 Mount Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $300k - $1.4M.  Median $445k, $195/sf. 

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract last week were listed from $180k - $2.1M.  Median $349k, $33

38 Island  homes under contract last week.  James Island -20, Johns Island -9, Wadmalaw Island -1, Seabrook Island -1, Sullivan's Island - 1($2.5), IOP-2, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island-3.

20 James Island homes went under contract last week and were listed from $105k-$920k. Median $285k, $173/sf. 2 under $200k. 

9 Johns Island homes under contract last week were listed from $80k-$3.9M. 2 under $200k. 3 over $300k. Median $282k, $150/sf.

28 West Ashley homes went under contract last week and were listed from $125k-$1.1M.  Median $289k, $139/sf. 

22 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed  from $45k-$245k.  Median $169k, $94/sf.  

54 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $65k - $414k. Median $185k, $97/sf. 

56 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner single family homes under contract past week LISTED from $49k-$435k.  Median $170k, $96/sf. 11% were either fc/ss. 

43 condo/townhomes under contract last week in the Charleston MLS. 8 were in Mt. Pleasant, 8 West Ashley. Only 2 were either fc/ss.
