Sea Biscuit Cafe on Isle of Palms SC158 homes under contract last week with a median list price $234k, $127/sf. 
6% of the 158 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). 13% was new construction. 

17 Mt. Pleasant homes went under contract last week listed from $259k - $1.1M. Median $475k, $204/sf.

 9 Charleston Peninsula homes went under contract last week listed from $260k - $3.5M. Median $590k, $319/sf.

25 Island homes under contract last week. James Island-8, Folly Beach-1, Johns Island -7,Edisto Beach-2, Seabrook-1, Sullivan's Island -1, Isle of Palms -2, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island -2

8 James Island homes went under contract last week were listed from $175k - $340k.  Median $250k, $171/sf.

7 John's Island homes under contract last week were listed from $85k - $360k.  Median $235k, $132/sf.

22 West Ashley homes under contract last week were listed from $130k-$1.3M. Median $275k, $132/sf.

6 North Charleston homes under contract past wk LISTED from $155k-$250k. 1 over $200k. 3 Park Circle. Median $185k, $118/sf.

30 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $38k - $475k. Median $202k, $103/sf.

47 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes went under contract last week were listed from $50k - $450k. Median $200k, $98/sf.

43 condo/townhomes went under contract last week and 10 of them were in Mt. Pleasant. Only 1 was either a foreclosure/short sale and 19% were new construction.
