This is too exciting to see a change in closed sales of +70.0% on Daniel Island! I certainly like blogging about good news, especially in real estate. The change in inventory for single family and townhouse-condos have decreased by 38.6% and that is certainly moving in the right direction. With less than two weeks away from the 2011 Nationwide Tour Championship at Daniel Island, the Club is in full swing preparing for what will be the best Tour Championship yet!
