• 283 Homes under contract last week with a median list price $260k, $133/sf. Median 26 CDOM (cumulative days on the market). 

• 40 Mount Pleasant homes went under contract and were listed from $220k - $1.7M.  Median price $480k, $205/sf.

• 10 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $395k - $2.6M. Median $517k, $311/sf. 

• 35 Charleston area island homes under contract last week. James Island -9, Folly Beach -4, John's Island-10, Kiawah Island-

1, Edisto Beach-3, Seabrook Island-4, Sullivan's Island-2 ($1.3M, $3.4M), Isle of Palms (IOP)-1($1.5M), Wild Dunes -1.

• 9 James Island homes under contract were listed from $230k - $519k. Median $300k, $205/sf.

• 10 Johns Island homes under contract last week were listed from $200k - $425k. Median $288k, $160/sf.

• 39 West Ashley homes under contract last week were listed from $75k - $549k. Median $259k, $158/sf. 0 new construction.

• 17 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $49k - $334k. Median $184k, $109/sf. 

• 72 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $65k - $549k. Median $209k, $110/sf.

• 65 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $47k - $699k. Median $210k, $106/sf.

• 55 condo/townhomes under contract last week in the Charleston area. 7 were listed under $100k. 11 were listed in Mt. Pleasant SC.
