151 single family homes under contract last week with a median list price of $270k, $133/sf. 

2% of 151 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).  7% was new construction. 

25 Mount Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed  from $210k - $4.6M. Median $524k, $202/sf.  6 were new construction.

6 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list price between $230k - $1.9M.

22 Island homes under contract last week. James Island -9, Folly Beach -2 ($539k, $800k), Johns Island -1, Kiawah Island-

2($1.1M, $1.2M), Seabrook-2, Wild Dunes- 6.

9 James Island homes under contract were listed from $240k - $2M. Median $288k, $200/sf. 0 new construction.

17 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $85k - $699k. Median $295k, $141/sf. 0 new construction.

12 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $15k - $250k. Median$167k, $111/sf. 0 new construction.

31 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $48k - $539k. Median $199k, $105/sf.

37 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $58k - $750k. Median $190k, $109/sf.

38 condo/townhomes under contract last week.  7 were in Mt. Pleasant and only 11% were either fc/ss.
