260 Homes went under contract this past week with a median list price $230k, $116/sf. 27 under $100k. 12 over $1M. 

14% of 260 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

43 Mount Pleasant SC homes went under contract this past week listed from $230k - $1.3M. 5 Park West. Median
$370k, $179/sf. 14 over $500k. 5 under $150/sf. Only 2 were either fc/ss.

11 Charleston Peninsula  homes went under contract past week were listed from $225k - $2.4M. 4 above $1M.

46 Island homes under contract this past wek. James Island -13, Folly Beach -2 ($415k, $925k), Johns Island -12, Kiawah Island -1 ($1.4M), Edisto Beach -2 ($409k, $434k), Seabrook Island -3 ($400k, $499k, $1.15M), Sullivans Island -3 ($795k, $869k, $1.7M), Isle of Palms -

54 Summerville/Ladson homes went under contract this past week were listed from $25k-$575K.  Only 5 were either fc/ss.

54 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract past week were listed from $56k-$489k. 10 were either fc/ss.

59 condo/townhomes went under contract this past week. 12 were listed under $100k. 29 from $100k-$200k.
