  17% of 225 single family homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

37 Mt Pleasant single family homes under contract last week were listed from $230k- $1.7M. 4 Park West. Median $450k, $188/sf 12 over $500k. 5% were either fc/ss.

41 island  homes under contract last week. James Island -19, Folly Beach -1 ($789k), John's Island -7, Wadmalaw Island -1($1.1M), Seabrook Island -2 ($449k, $749k), Edisto Beach -3 ($209k, $294k, $479k), Isle of Palms -2 ($439k, $3M), Wild Dunes-2 ($563k, $925k), Daniel Island -4 ($419k, $440k, $500k, $1.35M)
