221 Homes under contract last week with a median list  $269k, $135/sf. 3% were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss) and another 9% were new construction.  

  • 29 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $259k-$1.6M. Median $543k, $220/sf. 

  • 38 island homes under contract last week. James Island -11, Folly Beach- 3, John's Island -6, Wadmalaw- 1, Kiawah-1($995k), Edisto Beach - 4, Seabrook Island -4($350k, $539k,$799k,$2.2M), Sullivan's Island-2, IOP-2($959k,$5.7M), Wild Dunes- 2, Daniel Island-2.
  • 11 James Island homes under contract last week listed from $250k-$550k. Median $329k, $214/sf. 
  • 6 Johns Island homes under contract last week listed from $200k-$9.9M. Median $294k, $158/sf. 
  • 18 West Ashley single family homes under contract were listed from $124k - $425k. Median
    $248k, $144/sf. 2(11%) new construction. 3 West Ashley Plantation.
  • 21 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $118k-$335k. Median
    $210k, $114/sf. 
  • 7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract last week were listed from $300k-$1.45M. Median $990k, $421/sf. 
  • 52 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $103k-$575k.  Median $225k,$115/sf. 
  • 53 Hanahan/GooseCreek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $115k-$600k.  Median $210k, $114/sf.
