Old Village Mt. Pleasant  231 residential properties under contract 10/4 - 10/10/13!

 180 single family homes under contract last week with a median list price $215k, $112/sqft. 28 under $100k. 5 over $1M.

 Only 14% of 180 homes under contract were foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). 10% was new construction.

 43 Mount Pleasant, SC homes under contract last week were listed $125k - $829k. 4 in Darrell Creek. Median $449k, $181/sf. 18 over $500k. 4 under $140/sf.            Only 5% were either fc/ss! 14% was new construction.

 16 island homes went under contract last week. James Island -9, John's Island -1, Seabrook-Island -1 ,Sullivan's Island -1, Island of Palms - 2 ($675k, $895k),           Daniel Island -2 ($525k, $1.3M)

 9 James Island homes under contract last week were listed from $249k - $445k. Median $316k, $141/sf. 1 fc/ss.

 20 West Ashley homes under contract last were listed from $79k-$349k. Median $195k, $116/sf. 2 above $250k. 3 were either fc/ss.

13 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $40k- $166k. 8 below $100k. Median $88k, $73/sf. 3 were either fc/ss.

7 Peninsula Charleston single family homes under contract past wk. LIST prices $30k,$389k,$440k,$570k,$1.3M,$1.3M,$1.3M.

35 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $59k-$985K. Median $190k,$87/sf. 4 were either fc/ss.

43 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $23k-$399k. 10 were either fc/ss.

51 condo/townhomes under contract last week.  14 (27%) were either fc./ss. 20% were new construction.
