336 single family homes under contract this week with a median price $261k, $131/sf. 

5% of the 336 single family homes under contract were either foreclosures or short slaes (fc/ss). Another 9% new construction. 

63 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $260k - $1.6M. 6 over $1M. Median $487k, $217/sf. 0 fc/ss.

11 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $150k - $800k. Median $430k, $261/sf. 

46 island homes under contract this week.  James Island -14, Folly Beach -4, Johns Island -11, Kiawah Island -3, Edisto Island -5, Seabrook Island -1, Sullivan Island -3, Wild Dunes -2, Daniel Island -3.

14 James Island homes under contract last week were listed from $36k - $613k. Median $319k, $180/sf. 2 fc/ss. 

11 Johns Island homes under contract this week were listed from $215k - $550k. Median $279k, $151/sf. 0 fc/ss.
