195 single family homes under contract last week with a median list price of $250k, $121/sf. 
8% of 195 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).  Another 12% new construction.

28 island homes under contract last week. James Island -8, Folly Beach -1, Johns Island -7, Wadmalaw Island -1, Edisto Beach -1, Seabrook -1, Sullivan's Island -3 ($1M,$1.2M,$1.7M), IOP -2, Daniel Island -4.

32 Mt Pleasant homes under contract last week and were listed  from $235k - $885k. Median $445k, $196/sf. 0 (fc/ss)

12 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract last week were listed from $140k - $3.7M.  Median $685k, $317/sf.

8 James Island homes under contract last week and were listed from $185k - $569k.  Median $402k, $176/sf.

7 Johns Island single family homes went under contract last week listed from $219k - $525k.  Median $310k, $153/sf.

16 West Ashley homes under contract last week and were listed from $130k - $2.3M.  Median $254k, $133/sf.

18 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $30k - $375k.  Median $137k, $96/sf.

38 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week listed from $90k - $535k. Median $205k, $98/sf.
