   27% of 196 properties under contract were either short sales or foreclosures. Another 8% was new construction.

6 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract last week listed at $285k, $297k, $325k, $415k, $695k, $1.6M. 2 were either foreclosures or short sales.

38 Mount Pleasant SC homes under contract last week listed from $110k- $850k. Median $392k, $159/sqft. 10 over $500k. 2 under $200k. 7 under $135/sqft. 12 under 2000sqft. 4 Park West, 4 Rivertowne Country Club.
