232 Single family homes under contract last week. Median list price $253k, $120/sf. 15 under $100k. 4 over $1M.  

  • 6% of the 232 homes under contract were either Foreclosures (FC) or Short Sales (SS)16% new construction

    37 Mt Pleasant single family homes under contract past wk listed from $270k - $1.1M. 5 Dunes West. Median $544k, $203/sf. 

    10 Johns Island single family homes under contract last week were listed from $186k - $715k. Median $420k, $182/sf.

    5 Peninsula Charleston  family homes under contract with a list prices between $335k - $1.3M. 

    41 Summerville/Ladson family homes under contract last week listed from $82k - $509k.  Median $188k, $101/sf.  12%  either fc/ss. 

    60 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner  family homes under contract last week were listed from $43k - $389k.  Median $180k, $95/sf.
